Could following an example of the city’s past help Hammond move forward?

 

Stantec’s David Dixon joined urban planner Jeff Speck in Hammond, Illinois, to discuss plans for revitalizing the city’s downtown district. Retained by the city, both plan to return again this year for further meetings with city officials and residents to discuss their plans for reshaping the city, which both planners agree centers around looking backward to move forward.
