Advancing Prefabrication 2019 Conference

On January 29th, Senior Associate Shawn Maley will join Ryan Broadbin and Mike Camp of Dimeo Construction Company to present “Enhancing Design Collaboration Between the Office and Field” at the Advancing Prefabrication 2019 conference in Dallas, Texas.

Using the new Yale Science Building project as a case study, the team will share how to maximize a project’s prefab potential by reviewing critical components in early conceptual and constructability reviews.  They’ll also provide some helpful tips they’ve learned through their recent work together.

An architect and designer with more than two decades of experience, Shawn specializes in laboratory planning and design for educational, corporate, light industrial, and governmental institutions. In addition to this conference, he’s also shared his knowledge of prefab design at COAA Spring Conference and through his recent blog, “Prefab lab systems:  concepts to optimize construction maintenance and flexibility.”
