With a diverse portfolio of experience, Roger has managed projects from new construction to phased renovations where facilities must remain in operation during construction. Leading multidisciplinary teams from concept through to completion of construction activities, Roger always delivers a hands-on approach, drawing from his previous experience as lead contract administrator and general contractor.
He sees the bigger picture—Roger appreciates the importance of budgets and schedules and works hard to develop strong relationships with both clients and contractors. Open, honest communication and teamwork inform his management style, which supports the project team in managing risk and resolving issues as they arise. Roger has demonstrated this approach during his work on numerous projects, including the ExxonMobil headquarters in St. John’s, the Saint Joseph’s A. McKay elementary school in Halifax, and his work in northern Canada on sports and wellness centers and the Piqqusilirivvik Inuit Cultural Learning Facility.
