Our Lisa Beutler interviews new California Natural Resources Agency Secretary Wade Crowfoot to dig into the details of the governor’s ambitious, new water agenda. With water management a high priority of the current administration, Governor Newsom is looking to Crowfoot to explore and enact a fresh—“One State” approach to all things water—from conservation and water use efficiency, to stormwater capture, recycling, and smart conjunctive water use.
